#post-explosion goliath

Something I noted from rewatching the "Exile Proclaims the Battle" video...

When Goliath projects his voice through telepathy, the hum that comes from the IRIS while its power is used varies in pitch depending on his tone.

If he raises his voice, like yelling or being more firm, the hum is of a higher pitch. (I'd imagine this also applies to laughter.)

If he lowers his voice, like muttering or a low growl, the hum is of a lower pitch. (I'd think crying would also fall under this.)

Given that he is able to be selective in who he projects his voice to...

Imagine walking in on a conversation in which this skeleton is a part of. You have no idea what the context is; all you hear is an ethereal hum. Sometimes its pitch changes. Whoever is speaking to him seems to understand what's happening... But from the outside, all you hear from the skeleton are those subtle hums... And there's a glow from within the one cracked eye socket that brightens up at the same time a hum is heard.

Then you join the conversation. You say hi, you ask what's happening.

You suddenly hear a new voice. A disembodied one. It's greeting you. You have no idea where it is coming from until you are told "Oh yeah, that's just Goliath."

The skeleton bows to you.
