Hi, anon! Thank you bringing this to our attention and, although I do not make the FC packs and cannot speak on Ashley’s behalf, I can confirm that we haven’t taken down anything from any of the packs intentionally. Could you possibly confirm which version of the pack is missing folders? Over the past few years, Ashley has kindly produced an array of Lea FC packs and it would be easier if we knew which one it was and whether there is, in fact, a more recently updated version to direct you to instead of trying to remedy something that is out of date regardless. 

Hi, anon! While we don’t have our own masterlist or guide, I do know that there are numerous such resources floating around in the RPH world. As such, I have compiled a list of all the guides I could find and you can find it below. This probably isn’t a comprehensive list though so it is always worth checking the rph guide and rp guide tags as guides on New York are produced quite regularly due to the popularity of the setting.
