If you really did care more about the fact that there aren't enough gay fics out there than you did care about shitting on women who wrote those fics, you wouldn't be broadcasting your hatred for literature written by women writers in fandom. You explicitly stated that writing by women in fandom "isn't real literature" as if most of the fics in your fandom weren't fucking written by us.
It is a well-known fact that women make up the majority of writers in fandoms, especially gay shipping fandoms. The very existence of gay shipping fandoms can in major part be credited to the effort of women maintaining and building those spaces.
I have written over 100k words for gay ships since I entered my first fandom in my early teenage years. I am a woman. And a majority of my fellow writers in those gay shipping communities across different fandoms were also women.
If you really want women out of gay ships, even proclaiming that "no one invited" women into those spaces, then you have to be fine with most of your fandom infrastructure and supporters to also be gone.
Just because you are a proud gay male writer does not make you more entitled to the work of others, especially women, while you blatantly disrespect their effort and their passion.
