So I personally find it currently, very very difficult to love or even like people.
Maybe it’s my hormonal fluctuations (yay fuck me)
But I must have spend today at least 1 complete hour thinking of why I hate the people (who hate me)
And it made me realize I must be a hypocrite… or I’m in deep pain.
If I am in deep pain, then I must heal. I thought.
So yeah, I think I’m picking up my DBT sheets and re-writing them. Because (my) shit is about to hit the fan.
