So an app that I highly suggest is Happy Scale. It breaks down your weight loss progress into ten milestones.
My goal weight is 179 and I haven’t weighed myself yet today (8/12) but I will when I wake up and I’ll update this and that app.
But it’s one where it’s highly recommended to weigh yourself everyday so you can see the progress better.
