everything i have to get done at the hospital is gna take hours and i hate it there and i don’t wanna :-( don’t they know i have a blog to run

group therapy ended yesterday and today was the last session of my individual therapy in the intensive part (moving to fortnightly twice, then 5 monthly ones n then it’s over) n it’s so weird. so bittersweet. i feel like i have all these coping strategies and shifted perspectives but it hasn’t removed the sadness of loss. but im not devastated the way i worried i would be and i think i’ve come a long way. i’m proud of me

#i’m gna create a more personal online sharing space n interact w the sweet ppl from group but for now this is happening here #i just want a record of where i am right now #n therapy has taught me i benefit a lot from writing down my feelings so 🫡#i will be super sad when everything is over for good tho n i love travelling to the hospital bc it’s so green and beautiful around there #possumtalk #thank god it happened this time of yr bc if i had to deal w seasonal depression at the same time i’d die #so much fucking loss this week honestly but i’m tuff
