Battle for Camelot: A Wounded Heart vs An Unstoppable Army
Ships border the coastline along the shores of the King of Knights new home, yet burdened by bureaucracy due tot he Kings absence and attempts to keep the public calm options of trying to pacify the threat were offered. However the army of invaders would not stop till they took everything. Amoungst the Round Table only one stood alone upon a hill infront of a crevice that serviced as an entrance into the hillocks of the kingdom. A man dressed in a black cloak, stood by a tree watching. Waiting for his enemy. The people of the kingdom he once was loved at already hated him for suspicions and falsehoods that he was behind the King's slumber. Most of them hated him, though he did not care as much as the fact he felt powerless....until now. The enemy approached off boarding their vessels. In their minds they think they have already won. Little did they know, this battle would not be so easily won. The man stripped off the robe, revealing a man of average build and skin tone. His slowly opening his eyes to gaze upon the invaders. His brown eyes burned with a fierce determination. He had a promise that he owed. He would not stand idly by and watch another home taken away from him!Â
The forces came by the hundreds of thousands. Yet the man, with unshaken resolve drew his blade. The intricate weapon radiated with ancient origins. Older than reality itself. "You want my home huh?....you can have it...over my cold dead body!" He called out before heading out to meet the invaders head on. Â
The swordsman charged into the ranks without though of his own demise. In his mind his death would come after he defended his promise. And his friend's home. Cutting one after another down big and small the man continued to cut the numbers of this so called "invincible army" down. How shamed this conqueror should be of his first invasion force of 700,000 men, to be bested by one man. The brown haired swordsman did not seize his onslaught. He was someone entirely different from his usual carefree self. There was something almost primal about him. His looked around him and saw reinforcements for the invasion had arrived.  Drawing yet another blade in his off hand he kicked forward and met his challenge. No one would remember this day. He would not be sung about, no one would likely know of this battle or invasion. He did not care, all that he kept on mind was the battle and his vow. Days upon days of fighting took place. Miraculously the invasion did not move even close to the tree on the hillock. The man stood in wounds  and blood both his own and those he slew. Despite the injuries he did not seem affected by them as if he was solely driven  by his own will. That his willpower itself was keeping his body together. The forces kept coming and with them came a weapon that threatened to turn the tide. However the man stood with is blue blade and began drawing energy from the world around him. The weapon began charging was well a laser weapon? These invading forces were surprisingly well equipped for sure. However to the swordsman there was no option for surrender or defeat. He would either protect this place or die trying. His eyes open, they were different as was his blade. A beacon of hope itself! His eyes, a radiant glow of silver as if he was no longer a being of comprehension! Â
This next strike was to be the end. The man would reveal who he was to the enemy and let the forces know under who's protection this Kingdom was. The weapon fire a horrible beam at the man who stepped into the projectile. Bringing his blade down he called his weapons name and released the energy stored. It was the Blade of Harmony, One of the First Two Keyblades. 'ULTIMA!" The energy released engulfed the entirely battlefield in a blinding light. The battle was over. what little of the first invasion forces left the field. Not one slipped past the man. His identity was knownst to the enemy, the Embodiment of Hope, Knight of the Round Table, Deathsbane. Kyo Pheonix. Kyo stood by the tree and watched them leave. He had won for today. Until relived from his duty. He would await his friend, who slumbered in an Everdistant Utopia. He owed her that much at the very least. He wore a strange smile as he stood by the tree. His voice low and barely audible. "I will not fail again. Never Again ..."Â
