Can any of the information in the GG World Entry in -STRIVE- be trusted? One of the few examples of specific topics such as Ky's 'Dragon Install' and eye had me raising an eyebrow. Not saying everything might be wrong, but a few things seem contradictory to what it is explained or implied in lore.
I'm not sure who is responsible for writing new entries for GG World, but either they didn't have access to all the information or none of that information was fully explained to them or they just stuck with fan theory and hearsay.
It's illogical to expect an ADULT LEFT EYE to be transplanted in to a CHILD'S RIGHT EYE. (To say nothing of how illogical it would be to use an adult male as transplant material for a child.)
This makes more sense if you look at things from Digital Figure Mode:
Even in the case of transplanting a LEFT EYE for a LEFT EYE, Sin would have to have an eyepatch over BOTH eyes if he had undergone the procedure as a child, and as of GG2 Overture, his LEFT eye was PERFECTLY HUMAN and PERFECTLY FINE. It was only his right eye that was patched as a means of containing his powers.
GG2's Material story says that Ky had an eyepatch over his LEFT eye at the time due to a Training Accident... and the only person he mentioned this "Training Accident" to was Sol Badguy...
Now what reason would Ky have to lie to Sol, about ANYTHING?
Throwing this crazy theory by the wayside, GGStrive has a scene that better describes Ky's situation.
Asuka refers to it as the "Blood of Juno" (I-No goes on to say that it's "only a few drops").
Blood of Juno obviously implies the SCALES OF JUNO... as in the bloodline of the Scales... however:
Justice was never GIVEN the Scales of Juno SEED... only Jack-O' obtained the Scales... so how could Dizzy still end up being the "bloodline of Juno?"
THE STORY NEVER EXPLAINS THIS, not even GG World explains this other than suggesting Dizzy is biologically related to Aria and Frederick somehow (which has little to do with Dragon Install in Ky's LEFT EYE).
Now, either GG World is lying, or there's just not enough information present for them to put up anything concrete, so they pulled a fan-theory out of nowhere and put it in there as temporary FILLER (which I wouldn't put it past the localization teams to do...).
I would talk to Zack Shini about it, to confirm for certain and see if it's something that needs to be fixed.
