Haylee could hear them, but she couldn't quite look up at them. The words were ringing in her head, fingers fisting at her dress, tears welling in her eyes as she struggled to take a breath. Is this what it felt like to have anxiety? Haylee didn't know, maybe it was.

She had never thought that they would find out about her cam channel like this, that they would bring it up. She hadn't thought she was ashamed of it, but maybe she was? Maybe she was worried about what they might think of her? Exposing herself on the internet like that? It was something she did, something she'd found himself enjoyment in, being a cam girl, but now, there was regret forming, angst pulling at her stomach.

"I'm sorry," Haylee barely whispered, rocking a little as she struggled to look at them.

"I..I didn't..I wasn't trying to.."

"When will you believe I'm telling you the truth and not argue me every step of the way?"

Lacey shifts onto her side, giving him a look, head tilted and eyebrows knitted together. "I'm starting to think you just like to hear me say I love you so you can argue about it. Why can't I compliment you? Why can't I be nice to you? I just want to love on you and you lie there with a lil grumpy look on your handsome face." She reaches out to poke at his frown with a pink finger nail.

"You know, usually I get smiles when I get into bed with people, not grumpy faces. Maybe a kiss would cheer you up."

"I'm sorry ain't interruptin' nothin' am I?" tho the way curious gaze runs over the scene it hardly seems like she's sorry.
