I was trying to work up the energy to post something silly like "ERMERGERD, My harddrive dont work no more!" After I accidentally dropped it the otherday, but now...this came up when trying to restart my tablet. A day or 2 ago I dropped my #portableharddrive (I have a #westerndigital #easystorage ) Now when I plug it in, you hear a clicking noise every few min, the light comes on, but it's not detected by the computer (no D: drive). I'm going through all the troubleshooting I can find online to get my computer to detect it, change the cord, change the plug in port, nothing is working; except for 5 seconds today, my computer miraculously detected it and I tried to copy everything over, but anytime I do, my computer crashes. Because of the crash, I went to restart my computer. That's when I got the blue screen. Ever since last night, I have felt the wind knocked out of me and tried to keep some type of hope, but everything is gone. All my work is gone. All my files for clothing prints, all of my files for art prints for conventions, stickers, upcoming merch I was working on, past artwork from all the way back to 2006, all gone.
