Going through old pictures on my phone and found these. I was doing so well and getting back into shape. I've have a lot of stress on top of being sick but no more excuses. Starting today I'm back on the grind. I was down to 185 from 215. Sadly in back up to 200. My goal is 150. Wish me luck.
