They walked along the sidewalk, heading further away from the main city and to the outskirts. He spotted a cozy tavern with a bed and breakfast, and he motioned for Romana to follow him. "Let's take a look in here and see if they have any rooms available. After you, my lady." He opened the door for her.
The tavern was lively. A fire was lit, making the room invitingly warm and welcoming. There was a bar at the end, and there were alcoves and plenty of tables and chairs to choose from. The people here were mostly humanoid, with a few mixtures in between but from what Braxiatel could see, none seem threatening.
He subtly readjusted his belt on his trousers, his hand reaching for his staser gun that was tucked in the inside, reassuring himself it was still there just in case they needed to make a quick getaway. He hoped however, he wouldn't have to use it. For now, the people in the tavern seemed too occupied in their own drinks and card games.
Big Finish are really bent on making Narvin a farmer and this is no exception in Anti-Genesis. Poor Narvin is also allergic to tre-cats.
