Some little MH Pomni and Gangle! Should I be using the exclamation point thing? Like, MH!Pomni? I see everyone else doing that… Gangle’s just chilling, and Pomni is enjoying her last few minutes of having a general idea of what the fuck is even happening around her. (Whether I draw this au in actual monster high style is pretty touch and go, the lips are too finicky to bother with most of the time.)

MH Mel design MH Mel design MH Mel design!!! She’s not even one of the main characters, but I was working on putting the Murder Drones characters in the au, and so it felt fair for Mel to be in it, and I love her so much, she turned out so cute (the tiny Ken doodle did not, he looks like a squash, I can’t draw Ken). She’s a ghoul in this au, has a bit of an awkward habit of eating people that freaks Pomni tf out, and yes, her dad does still run a crime gang that she’s not allowed to be in. She and Jax are friends, cause I just think they’d really get along, but they aren’t, like, close. He wouldn’t tell her all his issues and talk them out or anything, they just cause chaos together and he lets her vent about not being allowed to commit rampant crimes. Her life is hard like that.

MH Ragatha doodles! She’s my absolute favourite, she might secretly be the main character (possibly alongside Jax), she and Gangle are tied for my favourite design. So I think I mentioned before, but it was a while ago, Ragatha is trying to become a witch, which her mother would never approve of, so she’s not getting a lot of help with it. She doesn’t have to keep it a total secret, but she’s teaching herself everything. She’s not amazing at it, but she’s trying really hard! She thinks she’s terrible, but Pomni is a big cheerleader for her. Also, for the last drawing, interesting lore. (It’s my favourite.) Cause Ragatha was brought to life by some actually seriously dark magic, if she just completely loses her shit, like someone’s made her really, truly angry or scared, she goes all creepy voodoo-doll-y (it’s not voodoo, Lumi told me voodoo dolls aren’t even a thing, but I can’t think of a better word to describe it) and goes a tiny little bit evil. She hates it, she thinks it makes her dangerous and scary and doesn’t ever let anyone see it. (Jax has seen it and doesn’t acknowledge it beyond occasionally easing up on being antagonistic if he thinks he’s about to actually push her over the edge.)

So Jax and Gangle work together at the Coffin Bean (not by Jax’s choice, he’s just completely broke), and Gangle is the assistant manager because she takes her job just a little bit too seriously, to parallel episode 4. But without the psychological torture room. Probably. Jax is the least helpful employee ever in the history of time, and it drives Gangle up the wall, but she lacks the authority to actually fire him.

For the second one, I just wanted to draw Jax and Zooble. I have no idea how he uses those headphones around his neck, I’m trying to think of how to engineer headphones for bunny ears.

MH Ribbit! MH Ribbit! What’s she doing today?

She’s dead.

And yet I keep drawing her all the time over the people that are actually alive and doing things, because I enjoy her design too much. I have a bunch more drawings, but I don’t remember where they are, I’ll try and find them if anyone wants to see them.

So Ribbit is dead (I think, I’m not totally decided yet), but she and Jax were very close friends before she went missing. She had rabbit-on-head privileges as you can see. Those are special privileges reserved only for special people Jax really likes. Oh, also, Jax can turn into a rabbit. She’s a swamp monster, and was also good friends with Ragatha and Kaufmo, whose name keeps autocorrecting to Kaufman, thanks for that, autocorrect…

Little human Pomni and Jax doodle feat Zooble. Not sure if these are their final designs, I’m trying out a new Pomni design and name, she looks pretty cute. I’m not totally settled on my human Jax name yet, Jax is just his name too much, if that makes sense. Felix fits well, but my brain knows Felix as @chubs-deuce’s human Jax, Felix is his own guy, so I need a different name. So far he’s called Alex. That name’s not final.

And finally, a little canon Jax and Caine, with Caine totally understanding personal space and being drawn super well, I totally know how to draw Caine, his head isn’t confusing as hell at all.
