Training Diary Wednesday 19th March
Session 1: Boat Cardio
Sprint Pyramids with Zoe. 1,1,1,2,2,3,2,2,1,1,1 pitch lengths with that multiple of 10 rest in between. Times three. Takes about half an hour. My breathing went bad at the end and apparently I turned a funny colour. Whoops.
Session 2: Cardiff Pool session
Corners, 5 v 4 and games. Did absolutely pants in goals, I have no idea what was wrong with me. Shooting was also completely off. Everything else was good though.

Corners, 3 v 3, games. Still playing with more aggression/confidence, still making stupid mistakes though. Bet max on the sprint though :D

Training Diary 10th March
Aberfan pool session:
Corners, 3v2, keeping, games. Still on a high from the weekend, and it made me more intolerant of certain things, but made me play much harder than I normally would/could. The trick will now be to keep that going.
Training Diary Wednesday 5th March 2014
Session 1: Climbing
3 hours bouldering, lots of new routes and new moves. I'm reading routes a lot better now, but there are a couple of moves that I just can't quite do because of lack of leg strength. It's frustrating. I'll get them next time though.
Session 2: Pool session
Corners, attach and defense drills, games.
I moves around the defense practicing everywhere, did well and got a lot out of it. Also did OK in the games. It's the most productive that session has been (for me) in about a month, so I am happy.
