Ingredients: 4 cups POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice. 1 cup granulated sugar. 1 cup water. 1 tablespoon lemon juice. 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Instructions: Sugar and water should be mixed in a saucepan. Stir it every so often while heating over medium-low heat until the sugar melts. Once the sugar is gone, take it off the heat and let it cool. Put POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice, lemon juice, and salt in a large bowl and mix them together. When the sugar syrup is cool, add it to the pomegranate mixture and mix it well. Put the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn it according to the directions on the machine. When the sherbet is the consistency you want, put it in a container and freeze it for at least two hours.
