first of all, look at them!! look at these boyfriends!! seeing them together again reminded me how much i loved them, not only that this ep also gave me so much polytuga content!!! so excited

but first a moment for my cutie koki a geometry nerd!! glad t have highlighted how all the tortuga crew are some level nerd <3 (i know jimmy thinks she’s the cutest here)

I LOVEEE the girlfriends scheming!! look at their naughty faces they are so funny and i know they love to bully those boys <3

🌍Prefacing this with the question of “so t0rtg4 crew dont care about incst?!?!” guys the world of the show its so wild (haha) and nonsensical like they fight supervillains in the name of nature, no they don't care

🌍In the scale of getting their clothe “borrowed” (stolen) (lovingly) from “where the hell are all my clothes” to “gets borrowed every now and then” it goes: martin, chris, koki, aviva, jimmy. 

⭐The bros are the biggest victims of getting all their clothes stolen, specially their iconic jackets, martin to a slight bigger scale because well he has the biggest jacket, at some point you will see all of the crew wearing the blue jacket, most of the time is koki, aviva, and jimmy

⭐One time all three of them did and martin had to only wear his white shirt, yes all of them appreciated the view until chris just made him wear one of his

⭐Martin acts like he hates it but he's an awful actor he loves it, he always looks terribly fond 

🌍 On a similar note, from “little thief always stealing clothes” to “i like my own thank you” it goes: koki, martin, aviva, jimmy, chris

⭐ Note on chris: if he is seen wearing someone else's clothes, specially martin’s he is probably feeling A LOT of emotions (verge of break down) either hes feeling rarely mushy or the most likely scenario, he’s sick, stressed, injured, or sad

⭐Martin and aviva can like switch positions depending 

⭐Koki is indeed the biggest culprit but its ok she gives them puppy eyes saying shes feeling comfy and they all forgive her 

⭐ Also she loves borrowing her own so yeah

🌍Focusing on my boy jimmy, from the outside it would seem like he is more of a guy third (fith?!) wheeling the crew, and tbh at the beginning of their relationship it kind of was, hes fully in it now tho

⭐Once upon a time jimmy was involved with the rest but he also would hook up with other people every now and then (safely ofc) and the crew was like actually ok about it (friend group w benefits?!) they would even ask him about the stories (some crazy stuff truly) until naturally he just stopped being with other people and stayed with the crew (aaaww) 

🌍More jimmy! He struggles the most with openly showing affection, poor guy is in recovery from  “i had an edgy phase as a teenager” he is trying he swears (it doesn't help his self esteem isn't the best…something to discuss later) 

🌍Fun little fact, in my heart the least enthusiast about animals and nature where aviva and jimmy before joining the bros and koki. aviva and koki where really enthusiastic when they where younger, but as it happens they kinda got bullied out of it, meeting the brothers was so nice and refreshing it healed that aspect 

⭐Jimmy fun fact (my man) he even while starting working with the crew was like the very least enthusiast about it, for him it was all fun traveling, fun adventure and something unique for his resume, the crew was mostly ok with it because he was cool about it, a good friend, and did not actively harmed animals…except bugs, which is why a very special moment for the bros was when they were hanging out outside work at jimmy’s place and when he found a bug instead of killing it or telling any of them to help he safely trapped it and let it free, jimmy is embarrassed by that story because to him it wasn't a big deal.

🌍In his honor, from the scale of “gamer” to “not gamer” it goes: jimmy (duh), koki, martin, aviva, chris 

🌍Jimmy and koki the best gaming buddies, they go on “dates” which are just long gaming sessions in low lighting with food and drinks, yeah no one else gets it but them they are happy ok 

🌍Chris is a table top game nerd enthusiast 

🌍Speaking of table top games, I know nothing about D&D but to all the fans out there yeah he probably plays D&D

🌍They boys become the biggest hype men when the girls dress up nice for a date or special occasion, Martin starts to loudly whistle lmao

⭐Aviva is a little more shy about it since she's not used to getting too fancy, koki it's a lot more open because when she dresses up she dresses UP! She is ofc very thankful and does ask about what specifically they liked

🌍There is not a date night where the kratts don't mention an animal fact, not a single one! It has become a sort of competition to see when they will don't

🌍martin and chris are completely aware they do this but can't stop it it just blurts out, martin does it a bit more often than chris to his annoyance

🌍aviva and koki had built stuff for eachother as gifts for the longest time even before starting to date the rest of the boys (i know to my knowledge we havent really seen koki built something but i believe she can)

anyways thinking of slightly possessive martin likee not in a killing stalking yandere way but in a quietly persistent way like “yeah chris can go and surely meet other cooler people, but at the end, they aren’t me and they will never have the dynamic and comfort we have, so i’m not worry” likee martin is such a “he knows where home is” which feels like im making him look asshole-ish LOL when in reality it’s nothing like that, he just knows there is only one martin and chris will choose him every time, and he likes that!!!!

(maybe i can give him “never first priority” issues so when he is chosen first, on purpose!! he goes a bit crazy)

chris is a bit the same but he will show it less because he’s not much of a pda dude and he’s very secure thank you, but when he feels it, he has no shame in reminding people that they are a unit, no discussion

in a non polytuga scenario i feel the crew would actually be spared of the worst of that behavior because 1) they have no interest in dealing with..all that 2) even if the brothers love them too much to be too mad..they get maybe a wrist slap

now in my fav scenario, polytuga, this behavior includes them and they embrace it!! originally this post was going to be about how martin even when he doesn’t think of himself as the sole leader of the crew, he likes to refer to them as his, that is his crew, and if you mess with what is his it will get ugly!! again chris feels the same, they put up with so much of their bullshit and he is eternagrateful he will be dammed if an “outsider” gets in the way

aviva, koki and jimmy do tease them for their “animalistic” behavior (we all know the girl do most of the teasing they are such bullies <3) but reciprocate on their own ways, these are their best nature loving freak bros!! we get all of them not you!!

they are a lion pride, a bee hive, a wolfe pack, a multi cell organism, a well oiled machine, all working towards the same goal!

the boyssss the boyfriends!! i like how jimmy looks at them needing out with such a..sexy?? expression he’s so into those animal freaks (the bit about him being grossed out about eating ants was cute)

girls being mean again <3 also i love how jimmy joins the dance immediately
