Borage (Borago officinalis) I’ve heard it pronounced many ways: bore•age, bore•ig, bore•ashe. Regardless of how you say it, I’m so excited to finally be growing it in my garden. Yes, I know it can be invasive, but as a beekeeper, I’m ok with that as it will not only provide beauty to my garden space, but it will also provide feed for my bees... and my family. What? Yep, borage is edible! We eat the blossoms in our salads, place them as decoration on cookies, use them in pasta.
