I would LOVE if more people listened to "Sorry About the Murder." It's a murder mystery/comedy set in the small (fictional) town of Beavermount Ontario where, to quote the trailer "Every day someone is brutally murdered."
It currently has two seasons, with a third coming out (presumably) July 1st
This blog is unfortunately only for newly released pods, so if this podcast is already in its second season, it doesn't really fit.
But even more unfortunately, this podcast seems to use AI art for its covers.
Let me use this opportunity as a way to clearly state my views on this subject: Generative AI does not belong in creative spaces.
If you use AI in this way, I think you are being deeply disrespectful to your fellow creatives (even if I do understand that many small creators don't mean to be), and it makes me doubt whether or not the show itself is AI written.
Op, obviously, I'm not mad at you or reprimanding you for suggesting the podcast. We all get tricked by AI. Thanks for the ask, I'm always happy to hear about new stuff.

Hexpress Hotline is a new audio drama so could work for this! There’s only 5 eps out so far and they’re 10-15 mins but that’s not quite 1.5 hours but it will be soon enough
