Stevenson Branch never disappoints! Everett and I made the 5 mile trek in to one of the most serene campsites in the #PocketWilderness. Temperature dropped to a cool 33 degrees Saturday night as we settled into our sleeping bags under our tarp shelter. We awoke to a slow steady rain and high of 34 degrees. The rain slacked off just long enough for us to break camp and get underway for the journey out. We averaged about one mile per hour back over the mountain in the rain.
