im so hugely sentimental. i had this pair of white gogo boots and they were like beloved to me. my mom bought them and wore them and by the time i started wearing them the vinyl was cracked to shit and they were scuffed to all hell but i loved them. eventually i covered them in red paint blood splatter cause i knew they were dying and i needed them for a costume. the heel cracked irreparably and i knew they were done. i kept them anyway i couldnt bear to throw them away. and then completely unrelated i found the same brand. the same white gogo boots being sold In Store in my city and well, of course, i had to get a new pair. but still, throwing that old pair away hurt so bad. i kinda wish i had stuffed them like taxidermy and kept them on display but they were literally crumbling to dust. i miss them idk.
