Hey! Alea here! It's been a while since I last introduced myself and there's quite a few new faces around here π€! So first of all hello and welcome! I'm the gal behind @pluvialfern and as you can tell I'm quite obsessed with ferns! I'm a self-taught silversmith and I first approached to this world about one and half years ago. It started as a creative outlet, a way to de-stress and get away from the bad energies and anxiety of the daily life. I did it for myself. Like any other creative, expressing through art is first of all a need more than a choice. But then it became something more. My time at the bench was the best! I couldn't stop! I would grind metal for hours and hours and time would fly! At some point I realized that this craft could one day become a living. The idea that I could feed my cats and pay my bills doing what I love blew my mind! It was a dream that is slowly turning into reality. And the merit is only yours. Is only thanks to you, to your support. No like, no comment, no purchase goes unnoticed. The inspiration behind my work is and has always been the wilderness. My hope is that my pieces will act as little talismans that accompany the wearer along her/his daily life with the positivity and energy of the natural world. So now let me know! How long have you walked along this journey with me? Are you new? Have you been here for a while? Maybe you own a #pluvialfern piece? Drop a comment down below as I'm sincerely curious π! And I hope you'll stay here for longer to see what comes next β₯οΈ! (presso Orto Botanico Viterbo) https://www.instagram.com/p/BxAaj2DB9DT/?igshid=zxp11mra68yo
