If it makes me feel some type of way, imma find out why. You have to be brave to love. I recently learned I have to force myself to remember who people are when they forget. Exposure is everything. You have to build yourself up over time. I’m messy cause I’m brave. Not everyone is raised to like themselves. Imagine if no one raised you, to like the person you are. You wouldn’t know your worth. You wouldn’t know how to love yourself. It really is that serious. We can’t assume love. And we can’t assume something we don’t even know exists to begin with. We’ve all complimented someone, by saying they look nice, or look like they’ve lost weight. Unfortunately some people are not raised to know who they are - or love who they are. They are conditioned to expect pain instead. They are taught to hear things backwards. They hear compliments as passive aggressive attacks. They don’t see themselves the way we see them. What do you do with a dog that bites? Dogs can learn new tricks and humans can be reconditioned to expect love. #ageofaquarius has started to transcend. #brotherhood #thecollective #loveinunity we will obliterate shame, and selfish fear, by doing the right thing and owning who we are. We will love who we are at the core, and remind those who get lost. We will know who we are, and each other. Compliments won’t be from strangers, they’ll be from neighbors, lovers, family. We will have to force ourselves to see people from a different perspective. Step out of the selfish fear, we keep ourselves isolated in, and build one another up, with empathy, compliments self worth.
