🐾 It's no secret that Pluto is well, short
🐾 The only people shorter than him at Nevermore are Morella, Berenice, and well, you.
🐾 Now, Pluto wouldn't adore you any less if you were as tall or taller than him, but you being shorter just brings him a sort of joy he cannot describe.
🐾 He would feel very protective of you, though. He’s naturally protective of those he loves, like Lenore or Duke, going so far as to even threaten Montresor to help his friends; but I imagine he would be just a tad more protective of you if you were smaller than him.
🐾 He’d love to hold your hand and help you reach things you can’t because of your height.
Rest assured, he would never, ever tease you for your stature. Never. He’s been on the receiving end of short jokes and he knows how hurtful they can get, so he’d never do that to you.
🐾 Offering help when getting things you can’t reach would always come from an honest and respectful place, and he’d most definitely back off if you told him no.
🐾 …Maybe cringe but I think Pluto would try working out in secret so he’d be able to princess carry you if needed.
He thought that with a taller partner it would be awkward to do so but with a shorter one? He would at least try.
🐾 Please let him know if you don’t want to be carried because poor man over there is working his butt off trying to impress you.
🐾 Perhaps you could convince him to go on a piggyback ride or to have him get on your shoulders to reach something (or the other way around)
