I figured out how to create a series of macros/"programs" in MacroDroid that:

- displays a list of members in Ampersand (or a series of notifs!) you can switch to,

- and then opens Amper and sends you a notif to change the fronter based on who you selected!

there's also a simple macro i made to change your phone wallpaper based on who's fronting!

as well as one that sends reminders to check Amper/check who's present, along with some general notifs (self care) and custom looping notifs based on who's active!
