The au isn’t fleshed out much, but the basic idea is that a good chunk of the SMP + other MCYTers are hiding from the government (run by dream of course) and setting up a rebellion.

Tubbo finds this ‘girl’ (technos transmasc in this) running away from said government. The reason Techno’s running is because in fact he’s a plural trans person and would probably be killed if he was out about it. (Cause dystopia!!) but the thing is that Squid, one of techno’s headmates was fronting for like the first time when Tubbo encountered them. Shenanigans ensue.
