Let me get this straight: Signs of a rewritten, dropped, plot driven arc: Liz memory messed with two years ago: Was it mentioned in finale? That should've been her primary goal to find out what was manipulated, what was real and what wasn't. Dropped. Ressler's mind: what was the point of it? He's a victim, that now is complicit in manslaughter and conspiracy to obstruct justice. That's not Ressler. That's Red. What does Marvin Gerard plot have to do with Ressler? No follow up. Ressler doesn't kill Hitchin in Krilov-he was supposed to. Then liz stops because she did it for him. And believes she will be the one in handcuffs in jail while he's in his lake house (how does liz know about Ressler's lakehouse?) watching the sunset? That plot has no meaning now because Ressler pushed Hitchin and she hit her head? I didn't bother to waste my time on the umpteenth rewrite from bogus writers just to give Eggold a flipping story! "so emotional?" Where? They botched the DNA plot all these last twists and turns are plot driven. Liz just embraces Red with open arms? Then Bokenkamp throws in he may be an imposter? Wtf is this amateur hour? That's not how you write a story that is how you use your fanbase! So liz is to see Red as "daddy" now but to placate Lizzington he might have killed real Reddington or Reddington may have killed Katarina not even Bokenkamp knows who's bones? It's a red herring to stop from realizing- This show has no plan. Writing by the seat of your pants is amateurish, lazy, weak storytelling. Ressler calls in a cleaner? No impact I bet. No one knows what he did? Red should have. That's who should've been there at the end sending cleaners, because that bond Ressler and red AGAIN like it's supposed to. But nope. Gale is now not needed not that he ever was-but his story has no purpose. Saram kiss? No build up? Plot. Plot plot, plot. No character driven story whatsoever. Bad died? Did red mourn him? I'm guessing no. And this is the kicker. Kaplan does not get shot by liz? Or by red just jumps over the bridge? She just gives up after wreaking havoc? Liz doesn't remember her nanny? Weak, execution for a blacklister at number 4. No scenes of Ressler and Liz? Except for one scene all season? Yeah that's gone now. Samar and liz are partners now with the unresolved tension of liz lying to everyone... move on! AndTom will "struggle" oh yes poor poor Tom... and Red and Liz the so called "leads" of this show. No one gives a shyt about Tom but the writers so they can profit off canon rights with Netflix deal. If viewers did they would've tuned in to the spin off. Disaster! What a mess! Not worthy of a S5 and sure as hell no Emmy contention for Spader again. Poor Diego. They use him to dangle fans... Krilov not testifying was enough to put Ressler in jail and send him off, or break him out. Instead he accidentally kills Hitchin. He pushed her. She's dead. Manslaughter. He covers it up. Crime. Prison sentence. And what do the writers say, "oh like reven wright" her body disappears. Plot drop till later used. Not necessary just deliberately done to write Ressler into a corner. Principles Ressler would've turned himself in "no one is above the law." That's gone now. Would've made more sense for Ressler to shoot Hitchin like Liz shot Connolly due to mind control, and he becomes a fugitive like The Fugitive. "I didn't kill her." "I don't care!" But that plot doesn't exist now. In the end that's what Red will do. Everyone will be like the fast and furious- "a family" committing crimes. What a joke. This is *not* the same show anymore. The adult level of writing, quality, and class has disappeared. Suspense and intrigue is replaced with stalling...dropped plots, behind the scenes drama. But they get their money....so don't look for integrity in writing. Its all about Cha Ching!

Liz is pardoned. The whole world knows the president freed her of all charges. How the hell can she go undercover then? Lazy ass writing. They blew a crucial plot twist for a Keen 2 garbage scene? The whole purpose of last year was for Red to get his street creds back. Liz became his asset. Now the world knows she's free but she can be an agent again? So how in God's name can she stay safe when the world knows who she is, where she lives oh but she can go undercover and pretend to be a thief? Wow...that's a serious infraction in storytelling. Now see if they weren't so busy having four writers on one script to clean up Eisendrath's lousy execution, they wouldn't be in this mess. They never should've announced her pardon on TV. They should've kept it hidden and let criminals think she's an asset but in truth a double agent. Easier to go undercover and infiltrate bad guys. 👎🏻

I'm currently braking down Reiter -and Orci's script and I feel so bad for them, because the story is...jagged and filled with holes. As soon as I'm done I'll email it. But I saw this blurb from Bokenkamp regarding S4, and I just laughed. This was supposed to be Season 3 fallout. You know AFTER SHE KILLED THE ATTORNEY GENERAL? Or season 2 when she used everyone especially Cooper and Ressler with the harbormaster's death.., But I'm supposed to care about Liz now betraying everyone AGAIN? Tough love. The answer is NO. I saw Liz betray Cooper, Ressler, Aram, and Samar when she murdered the attorney General and put the entire team "in an impossible situation." I saw Liz betray Cooper and Ressler in season 2 with the harbormaster's death, compromise their careers just to get what she wanted all to keep Tom on a ship to play house with a character who was a certifiable sociopath. I didn't imagine Season one, it's the reason why I watched season 2. iTunes in to season 3 because the head writer promised "a complete shift" but that was scrapped. I can't take pathetic, self centered, ungrateful, immature Liz anymore. What was the purpose of this "so called transition in season three? Did she get her normal life? No the HW will not after he manipulated the audience into thinking she would receive it with Red's blessing. Didn't happen. So what was the purpose of the back half? Oh....to promote the spinoff and save Eggold's character at the expense of sacrificing the entire show. No thanks. Liz got kidnapped by Her Dad because she was a spoiled ungrateful bitch... Thanks to the rewrite. Liz and Tom now betrayed the so called "family" the show called the task force at the christening. Thanks to the rewrite. Mr. Kaplan, like Cooper and Ressler in season 2 was compromised as a character to betray Red because she believed she was right. Hell, the dialogue and six other characters echoed her words. But in the end she is now responsible for Liz pathetic choice to runaway with a husband audience NEVER saw her marry only to say in the Vehm.. "I want to know my kid is protected!" "He or she will be Liz By Me. By us." That never happened, the baby was kidnapped (that was foreshadowed in lady ambrosia and in Alexander Kirk, which audience already knew so it's NO SURPRISE... Liz put her baby in grave danger---no wait Tom failed her and let her down...but definitely for worse, she loves him....oh no wait it's now Kaplan's fault because red was right and she was Wrong." "You're the only reason I need protection." Thanks to the rewrite... Liz is her own worst enemy. Her death was a staged debacle betraying the very people who stood by, defended her, put their careers on the line...that christening is now a betrayal. Thanks to the rewrite... "I am not your Lizzie! To be controlled, to be told what to do! Don't you get it? The only reason Tom did all those things was because he had to do something desperate to get away from all this." We are back to THIS LIZ. Yeah...since the head writer jumped the shark, had Reiter and Orci rewrite the ending, (even the painting from Mama Rostova as the show stated was from her, but Yeah that's gone, rewritten) Liz over Red's headwriter promises but lied to his audience repeatedly, . I cannot fathom lying to my readers. It's such a betrayal because of the trust factor when you take the audience on a journey. Truth be told, I don't have the stomach to watch this "Liz" AGAIN reduced to plot dialogue with no substantial growth even though head writer promises to mature and grow his characters but he never does. Liz never takes responsibility for her actions, she blames others, all for the sake of plot in order to make Red the only character with a purpose. Characters rewritten as plot pieces on a chessboard in order to sell a storyline that never existed becomes boring, stale, repetitive and never serves long term story. A viewer cannot sympathize with a character who manipulates others. Even Red betraying the task force... Embezzling, stealing oil from terrorists with the conspiracy to frame an innocent man, ALL FOR THE SAKE OF..... Avenging Liz? But she faked her own death...and betrayed the clueless but loyal plot driven task force? Thanks to the rewrite... Sorry, I just want to be entertained, not watch repeats. But I will watch Chicago Med. so thanks, but I've seen the "roller coaster ride" and the hype not living up to its name, the writers shamelessly misleading viewers all for the sake of a spin off. Why tune in? It's a repeat folks.
