â - Time was of the essence. It never really clicked before in his mind with the turbulent pace his life has lead. Each step, each move were either filled with adventure, trial or new avenues of realization. Connections were formed by the strength of heart and his managed to touch so many. For better or for worse? That was a question left solely to those who clashed their lives with his own.
So what draws him back to one of the older battlefields? A land where nothingness reigned and so much has happened between him and his friends? Sora wasnât one to idle of those details as somewhere inside of him, the instinct to meet this man as the otherworldly chains continued to bind and claim itâs hold upon his heart was undeniable. As much as he hates to admit it, as much as anger should remain, thereâs a connection felt with the side of X... No, with the man known as Xemnas considering their past. This is what leads him to traversing up the massive ivory scape to its highest point.
It tugs his heart in an odd fashion to see a painfully empty space remains in itâs darkened skies. Memories could easily recall the faux variation of a grand power once stationed in these very skies. With his renewed perspective on Nobodies, he knows how it was their symbol of hope.
âXemnas! I know youâre here!â
âThis time no one isnât going to stop the talk weâve shouldâve had at that battlefield.â
@pleromia
can you tell us about a a roleplay partner or two you really admire? I like hearing when people have good stuff to say about their partners.
Sure thing! I will take this chance to talk about some of my favorite mutuals's multimuses/hubs that Iâve known and interacted for a while and I overall admire. I could write about many more people, but overall I donât think Iâd ever finish!
đ¸Â @xmenageriie  đ¸
I donât think Iâve talked about how amazing a writer Ariel is. From her canon muses to her personal OCs, she has a firm grasp on each of them that I absolutely hear their voices whenever I read her replies. Each of them is highly different from the other and she has a way of giving each of them that one special tone in their speech and actions when she writes that distincts them perfectly that I canât stop being amazed at. Not to mention Ariel is a highly creative person ( and a cute patoot! ) and it shows through the OCs sheâs created and the art sheâs done as well. I wonât ever stop loving Ariel and all of her muses, I will follow wherever!
đť @hclianthi đť
I love bothering Sunny. From her single-muse blogs to her new multimuse, which I am overly happy to see her interacting in! Sunny is a person that thinks thoroughly about each museâs background and circumstances. Through her analysis of different muses, you can see how wide her understanding of her character is; that helps you see aspects about the muse you hadnât considered ( or realized ) before and makes you invested in them and the interactions of her blogs. She will often give a canon muse their deserved justice that wasnât granted by their original creators and that comes to show what couldâve been if they had been in the hands of a great writer as Sunny. AND, she is a great artist herself and I am always excited to see more of her art when it pops up. MAYBE SOMEDAY I WILL LEARN HER WAYS.Â
đšÂ @mildewsmuses  đš
Iâve known Mildew for a while by now. The first time I heard about them was through the pok.emon rpc and then out of nowhere, I think I met them again through her arms muse, K.C. Now theyâve done this hub with many-a-muses to interact with and itâs truly a delight! Mildew has a kind of a âtypeâ muse ( hehehe wink wink nudgy nudge, mildew ), but even amongst their similar traits, Mildew makes it show how truly different each of them can be on their own way. They spark up my curiosity even when I donât know anything about the fandom theyâve come from and Mildewâs openess and handle of their muses make them easy to approach and interact with. I love to see my friend indulging with her favorite muses and enjoying themselves while at it, too! Each note or headcanon regarding the character is great to see. The occasional Mildew art is one of my favorite things to see while following their blogs; her style makes me so happy overall, I love seeing more with each new muse that comes.Â
đĽ @pleromia đĽ
Chrissy is an excellent writer. Back when I was more active on my Silver blog ( that I gotta revive smh @ myself ), I would often read her replies and think âDANG, THIS IS SO QUALITYâ and then proceed to challenge myself to improve and work thoroughly on my reply. This is a trait that is not exclusive to one blog only, as Chrissy carries it on amongst her blogs. Each content I see itâs always good. Whether it be shot or lengthy, angsty or crack-y, itâs always great to see Chrissy on my dash. She has a special talent to make any muse likeable WITHOUT forgetting those other traits that might deem said muse as âproblematicâ ( like some well-known villains!). And regarding already likeable muses, she makes you LIKE THEM THE MOST. One is ought to be careful, for when it comes to angsty threads, Chrissy never misses the last nail in the coffin of your feels. Seeing her stretch her abilities to a menagerie of muses is exciting and I canât say I am not eager to see more of that Good Contentâ˘. Â
When sheâd first awoke here, NaminĂŠ had thought that any company at all would be better than the hollow loneliness that echoed through every hall of this castle.
Then the men in the black cloaks came, and she didnât know which one was worse. The little pad of paper, her only comfort in the suffocating silence of sterile walls, was clutched like a shield against her nonexistent heart when another arrived. This one taller, an imposing presence that seemed to draw in every shadow that could exist in a room full of light. NaminĂŠ shrunk herself small, head lowered as though she could fold in on herself and disappear from his burning gaze.
  âYouâre... One of them too?â
@pleromia
Wouldn't really call this a meta question, but what are some of the big pet peeves you have about how Christie Golden wrote Arthas and what you chose to do differently?
Somehow both my pettiest and most notable divergence from Goldenâs Arthas is that mine is, rather than two years younger than Calia, two years older than her. Partly this is to sweep away what I see as a misogynistic and unnecessary set-up; at no point is it relevant to the narrative that Calia is passed over for the throne because of her physical sex, and it shouldnât be relevant anyways. Blizz likes to say âwomen and men are equal on Azerothâ and the splatter some good old fashioned misogyny wherever they feel like it. ( Whatâs UP, MOIRAâS STORYLINE????? IâM NOT PISSED AT THAT AT ALL!!! )Â
Not to mention, Arthas as the older sibling works out so much better for his character, it contributes to his issues with the burden of responsibility, it provides him with a specific individual for whom he must take care of and look out for, which in turn helps mold him into the sort of man that genuinely believes he not only can but MUST shoulder the burden of the world.Â
So. Arthas is older than Calia.
   ADDITIONALLY.
FUCK THAT âARTHAS STOPS CARING ABOUT THE SCOURGE AS HIS SUBJECTSâ DEVELOPMENT.
This is set right after Kel saves Arthas from Sylvanasâ ambush and near-assassination of him during the Scourge civil war:
âHe trusted the lich, not out of affection or loyalty, but simply as a cold, hard fact. KelâThuzad was an undead thing, bound to the master they both served. Arthasâs eyes flitted to the little ghost, hovering, smiling, a few feet away, and to the slack-faced, rotting corpses who would walk off a cliff if he told them to.
Just dead meat and sundered spirits. Not subjects. And they never had been. No matter what the little shadeâs smile said.â
   I hate this.
The worst part is I can understand, to an extent, why she developed him like this. Heâs always had issues with betrayal (or his perception of it) and abandonment, and seeing how the undead actually obey just whichever master happens to hold their leash at the moment could, feasibly, result in him seeing them only as things. Makes sense. Not the worst shift in mentality weâve seen from a Warcraft character.
   Except.
     Ex-fucking-cept.
In Warcraft III, as he prepares to set sail to Northrend and fulfill his destiny, our homegrown omnicidal monarch turns the lich who saved him and places within his skeletal hands the responsibility of Lordaeron. Of his legacy. Because.
âYou have been a loyal friend.âÂ
Not out of affection or loyalty my ASS!!!! That was one of the most incredible and fascinating exchanges in Evil Characters History, and it got CUT FROM THE BOOK!!! FOR THIS!!!
As he rescues loyal Scourge from the rebels:
Crypt fiend: By Nerub, the rebels nearly had us, King Arthas.
King Arthas: I would not leave my subjects to be slaughtered by this rabble.
âNot subjects. And they never had been.â my ASS!!!!
Arthas cares about his subjects, be they living or dead. That isnât just character trait, itâs the solid bedrock foundation upon which the rest of his very existence is built. He literally is not himself unless he loves his people. Canât be. Itâs the core of his entire being, and for it to be thrown to the wayside in Goldenâs book - when it most certainly isnât in even the freaking game!!! - is annoying.Â
Absolutely, this love twisted and transformed after he became undead. In my portrayal, it has become an extension of his narcissism and vanity. Arthas loves the Scourge because they are his Scourge, mind body and soul. They belong to him - they are him.Â
For him to care nothing for them, for him to look upon the Scourge and all within it as nothing but tools for world domination - thatâs not Arthas. Thatâs Generic Dark Lord #21938, and itâs boring as fucking hell. Iâm not going to write him like that, because an Arthas who never actually succeeds at his goal of shredding his humanity, tearing out his heart, and excising all those little things which put him in the uncanny valley of being almost recognizable as the kind, sweet paladin from before - thatâs a good Arthas. Thatâs a fun and dynamic Arthas.Â
Also, she wrote him as only going to Dalaran so he could see Jaina, and thatâs dumb as all hell since they literally only knew each other for like, two weeks, while they were kids. Unless soulmates in Azeroth are a thing, itâs weird. So instead!!! Mine goes there because DALARAN IS REALLY COOL AND HELL YEAH HEâS GONNA LEAP AT A CHANCE TO STUDY THERE FOR A LITTLE WHILE!! as well as him remembering that Jainaâs there, and he knows Jaina, and sometimes you just want to catch up with a friend whom you remember thinking was really cool when you both were kids!

Scott often gets lambasted for using the younger X-Men as child soldiers, what does Josh feel about having the younger generation being part of the fight? Yes? No? A lot of resentment?
hahaha
i donât know how canon is going to play it, but as i play it? josh hates scott summers and what he put him through.
out of any of the new mutants, i truly thing josh got the rawest deal. he was a sixteen year old boy and he was shoved into the role of healer, having the weight of his friends lives on his shoulders.Â
he was shoved onto a team he didnât want to be on, forced to do things he didnât want to do, and ended up so fucked up from it that he just cut contact and ran.
he hates that he was treated as a heal tank.
he hates that they would literally just leave him where he dropped.
he hates they never said thank you, he was just expected to do it.
he doesnât appove of scottâs methods.Â
he hates that the x-men will scramble around looking for means to revive their alumni but wonât look twice for methods to save his generation.
he hates that he understands why scott did it. but most of all, he hates what it turned him into.
there is a reason he went to magneto. because magneto was the first person to treat him like a person. even if he has ulterior motives, and he does, josh accepts it because at least magneto fucking came looking for him.
if marvel writes him as anything other than resentful of scott and the x-men, iâll officially be canon divergent.

"Still hanging in there, I see."
It took her six whole minutes to get off the clothes hook. He hung her out to dry like a salted fish. Xion was not amused. It was really hard when she didnât want to rip her hoodie but then her feet couldnât touch the ground!Â
Next time Xemnas turned around she was going to chuck her keyblade at his head.Â
