1.  What does your OC feel is important to be talented at?

niecey believes in physical strength but she knows that the art of conversation is even more important. she knows more things will go her way if she can talk with them...convince them to see things her way...before being on the receiving end of her fist

xavier believes in trying to talk to others, but he knows that communication can and will break down eventually and you must be prepared to fight. so being good at combat is essential.

4. How does your OC behave typically under severe stress?

a stressed niecey is either a snarling beast ready to go off at the slightest provocation or burning up on the inside ready to get shit done. either way her blood is burning and she’s in it. stressful situations make her feel alive and she’s ready to meet the challenge (even if she gets horrible tension headaches...yeah it’s fine...yah)

a stressed xavier is in his element. he’s meant to handle anything and a little bit of stress should be a motivator and not a road block. xavier feels that in the worst of time he should be other’s strength so 

5. What calms your OC down the best under severe stress?

niecey likes a hot bath, a good drink, a good lay or any kind of alone time with her loved ones to take the edge off. she may not come completely back down but it’s a good start

xavier meditates. or hones his weapons. something that puts him back in his routine gets him back to what he’s used to, xavier needs it to get that balance back into his life

7.  What does your OC hate and like about themselves?

nothing ok niecey hates one of the things that’s kept her alive for so long. her mistrust in others. niecey hates that she always feels like she needs to have some sort of guard up around others

xavier hates how his constant drive pushes others away. he just feels like he has no connection with people like he should. he feels lonely, but...i guess the road of the hero is lonely one?

14. Where and what from does your OC seek most typically comfort from?

xavier seeks comfort from his ideals...at the end of the day no matter what he believes that’s what will always be with him. 

niecey seeks comfort in her room. it’s her place her sanctuary no one but the ones she allows are able to get in. if things become too much and she needs a moment to be vulnerable she can go to her room (wherever that may be) and decompress for a bit

21. How much of an attention seeker is your OC?

hmmm xavier isn’t attention seeking per se but he does put himself out there quite a bit. a hero needs to do good deeds in order to be considered one yes? so he does quite a few feats that would garner attention.

niecey want to be and is in the lime light and loves it. you will know that she is there and she wants you to lay eyes on her at least once, burn her into your memory. niecey wants a reputation and for good or for ill she always gets one. and hey if it’s unfavorable, a little notoriety never hurts right? 

27. What does your OC think about the concept of love?

xavier: love is...a thing....it happens to people...it’s just not...something he thinks about tbh. and when he does fall in love he’s..just over the moon and really off balance. it’s weird to have somewhere care for him to such an extent and to actually...like him despite his dedication to justice? it’s weird. but he gives it his all like most things he does in life and is always feeling like he might fuck it up.

1: Origins! How did you come up with the concept for your OC?

I listened to this song and was thinking about ryouma getting devoured by her and blam here we go...my messy daughter was born

2: Were they originally well received by the fandom? Or if they’re fandomless, did the RP community take to them right away or was it hard to get attention?

i don’t even think fandom knows she exists? so w/e? but my friends like her! so that’s enough for meeeee!

3: Has your OC gone through different incarnations during their stay on Tumblr? Were they reimagined or have they stayed the same all this time?

ummm she’s become more consistent? like i was able to flesh her out more than just sin queen messy chick niecey even tho she still has elements of that. 

4: How do you get into your OC’s mindset to write for them? How do you find the muse for them?

i listen to music or drink monster or i play fe and think about how she would act or what she would do in those instances. im so busy with work and personal stuff so getting the time to write it out is the problem tho....

5: Were you nervous about putting your OC out there? How long did it take before you decided to play your OC here on Tumblr.

I WAS I STILL AM! there’s so many amazing people on tumblr that manage to put a+++++++++ quality oc stuff out there that i get nervous. i want to be decent you know and seeing other people’s stuff makes me want to do better! but i won’t improve by not doing anything so i pushed myself and started to put hcs and stuff out last year P^D

6: What is your OC’s family situation? Do they get along? Do they fight? Or are they alone?

niecey gets along good with her sibs! she’s protective and wants them to be happy, but she can be so stubborn and prickly sometimes so when they fight she ends up not talking to them for awhile. they’ve learned to let her cool her head before trying to talk things out/make amends. 

and her husbands and with her kids she’s very loving and very teasing. niecey is messy wine mom soccer mom aesthetic. she’s 100000% there for her kids and supports them in everything that they do. 

she enjoys teasing ryouma and pushing his buttons. he can get so serious buried in his work that she feels like she needs to shake him up a bit. and ryouma’s obliviousness to women is fascinating. just how much can she slip by him. saizou, she loves to tease as well. their mutual feelings for wanting to protect ryouma create a friendly kind of rivalry between them as well. both of her partners goes through her relentless teasing but they’re great at giving as well as receiving and for them to be able to get under her skin makes things fun for her. who doesn’t like being with someone who can match their wavelength?

7: What does your OC look for in a friend? Do they value friendship a lot?

she has her friends but her best friends are the ones that she can dish the dirt with and be catty with without having to worry about too much hurt feelings. niecey doesn’t like to censor herself, but will because courtlife is a bitch. so why she should have to around someone she calls a friend? especially a best one? so yeah, her group of close friends may be small but she trusts them implicitly. 

8: What does your OC look for in a significant other? Are they looking at all?

niecey was never really looking for love. causal hook ups and being her own woman is what she’s used to. but lo and behold she ended up with 2 partners and 3 kids...and she couldn’t be happier. she’s still her own woman and it’s nice to have people she can count on around her

9: What is your OC like when at work? Are they diligent? Slacker? Do they get along with their co-workers?

niecey works hard and loves to apply herself. she gets bored and restless if things are *too* easy and loves  good challenge, but too much workplace bs can rile that temper of hers. depending on who it is that’s doing the bs she can suppress it and take out her anger in other ways or plot petty revenge. and she’d get along with her co-workers well enough, but if they start becoming a liability or not pulling their weight...expect her to treat them like garbage. if they honestly just need help then she will gripe about them waiting for so long to ask and do her best to get them up to speed, but if they still aren’t up to the task...”maybe you should find something else to do? this clearly isn’t your thing”

10: How do they deal with strangers?

she sizes them up and wonders what their deal is. what do they want, what are they about what are they capable of? people are capable of anything so she wants to be sure that they can’t pull one over on her. by the time she’s exchanging greetings with you she’s already plotting how to draw out your secrets and weaknesses

11: Is there a place they go to in order to escape the world, the stresses of life? What’s their favourite place?

if she needs to blow off steam and sex isn’t possible then straight to the training grounds. drilling herself into she can’t feel is the next best option. she has to burn that anger off before it gets her into trouble... but if it’s something that’s making her feel super down then niecey is def a room retreater. if things get to stressful that she can’t hide then she will go to her room and barricade herself under blankets. no one can bother her there and she could be isolated in peace and let herself be emotional at will

12: What scent calms them? Reminds them of home or something soothing?

she loves familiar scents. something she runs into every day. the smell of her and her partner’s bed, her favorite soaps perfumes, her kid’s bubble bath..that kind of stuff

13: Do they have any favourite foods? Would they eat it all the time if they had the chance? What do they hate to eat?

niecey loves fish! fry it up and she could eat it every day no problem! she hates to eat super bitter things “who the hell wants to something that will turn your face inside out”

14: Pet peeves. Tell us what would really tick them off. Do they have a Berserk Button?

betrayal. if she puts her trust in you then she damn well expects you to be worthy of keeping it. she has a short fuse anyways but if someone she trusts cross a line then she can be unreasonable

15: Does your OC have any awful fears? Do they get paralyzed with fear or can they work through their fears?

her fear of being completely alone....isolated. the thought of being alone is just...too much. she draws strength from her family and friends though. she will fight hard to protect them

16: What are concepts they value? Virtues? What do they look down upon?

loyalty and family. she can will be loyal to those who deserve it, but family comes first.

17: Do they have any guilty pleasures? They embarrassed about them? Do they flaunt them?

she gets embarrassed about super mushy stuff sometimes. like she loves with all her heart but sappy romance stuff has never been her thing. and when ryouma sIzou gets too mushy she just ajfkaklfafkadf out of there. but she likes it a lot. she just can’t handle to much? you feel?

18: Do they have a guilty conscience? Why? Did they ever do something they totally regretted?

if niecey ends up hurting someone she loves because of her temper then she will feel bad after the fact...and something she regrets....ahaaa....fucking hoshido run....too many regrets...but the number 1 is her wishing that she could have kept a cooler head and not left her nohr sibs like that. she she have tried to talk to them she shouldn’t have just flew off the handle like that...and...well...yeah hoshido run isn’t kind to niecey...
