Okay, so I don't watch Doctor Who on a regular basis, but I do watch it. And I'm currently watching The Power of Three after I watched the episode in Vienna about 3 weeks ago, and I'm not sure if it's just me or has the Doctor's voice changed? Like, a lot. It sounds like he's talking like a toddler.
