It left him with some... issues. Two main ones are that he has difficulty determining what is and is not appropriate, and he has severe impulse control issues. And sometimes, these issues manifest in... episodes where he gets an idea in his head and takes it too far, often resulting in someone getting hurt or the potential to get hurt.
