Have now seen multiple tumblrs say they “soft block” most people who follow or, sometimes, engage with them. How terribly odd I find that aside —

My very specific beef with Bioshock canon is that they seemed to have completely redone the concept for the Houdini plasmid from being an invisiblity power. The DLC canon points to it being a sort of teleportation, and most people assume it's teleport, but 1. Bioshock 1 has it so that you get a better shot in a fight against a Houdini splicer by finding their moving footprints, 2. Bioshock 2 has the scene with the experimental teleport plasmid, 3. The prequel novel (not my favorite, but it's licensed) talks about teleport being an unstable game changer for the splicers attacking the police, so they force Fontaine to take it off the main market.
