Good evening everyone. I’d like to be the first to wish y’all a happy last day of August 🗓. Can you believe tomorrow is September 1st already? I certainly can’t. In all honesty, I believe that this summer flew by much too quickly. But then again when you’re at work and you merely blink, you start missing out on precious moments. I’ve started to feel that sensation most recently, but hopefully I’m not the only one feeling this way. To compensate for such a feeling, my best friend @brianshiarappa and I finally took our annual beach day trip last Wednesday. We laid out in the sun ☀️, rollicked about in the waves🌊, and even had ourselves a picnic lunch 🥪🧺 on the beach 🏖. Afterwards, we went to @kohrsfrozencustard for ice cream 🍦 and man was it delicious. There’s nothing like having a nice cold ice cream on a beautiful summer day. Once that was finished, we walked around the boardwalk at Seaside Heights for a bit before heading to Smugglers’ Quay for a round of mini-golf ⛳️. We had a blast and best of all, I won 🏆. Can it get any better than that? Oh wait, it could! We got to do a radio 📻 podcast on the way home from the beach; which was a smash hit. Needless to say, last weekend was the platinum standard of beach holidays and a great way to bookend a wonderful summer.
