Hi! I leave for Tokyo in 9 days :D I was wondering when the best time of night is to travel and avoid rush hour, I don't plan on taking the subway before 9am lol

hmm i’d say it might be difficult to avoid the evening rush hour since so many students and business people are starting to head home from about 5 or 6pm, and so any time after that lots of people are getting on the trains ><
