Usually I don't make resolutions for a new year. I always felt like change does not need to be tied to a specific date. π But to be honest, 2022 has not been a blast - to say the least. I am in need of change. So, why not try to go unusual ways. Before the pandemic hit, I was more outgoing and really enjoyed to travel. For obvious reasons I did that a lot less in the past 3 years. Along the way I somehow forgot how good it can feel to just be surrounded by a different location. And to roam around and explore. On my trip to Marburg I was blissfully reminded how much energy a few days of "Tapetenwechsel" (engl. lit. "change of wall paper" meaning "change of scenery") - as we call it in Germany - can bring. So, here is a plan for 2023: Get out more - everything from short walks in the nearby park to actual planned vacations counts. Needless to say that I plan to knit as well. A lot in fact. π§Άπ Did you make resolutions for 2023? Care to share? Also, how cute are these little felted penguin egg warmers that I photographed in a shop window in Marburg?! π§ #marburg #2023resolutions #plansfor2023 #marburggermany #marburgliebe #knit #herbgardenknitwear #knittergram #knitter #herbgardenknitwearTravels #knitting #knittersofinstragram #instaknitting #2023 #tricoter #breien #stricken #hessenmarburg #hessen #marburghessen (hier: Marburg, Germany) https://www.instagram.com/p/CnDPKIloaLE/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
