It is a planetary vacuum mixer, through its high speed revolution and rotation to stir the material and remove the bubble at the same time. The highest speed is 2500RPM for revolution and rotation. It can mix from a few gram to 300g at one time, able to meet the demand of laboratory use as well as volume production. Β The vacuum mixer has no blade, use the non-contact method. In this way, it can mostly avoid the possible contamination to the material. Inside the chamber, it has two adapter, support two cups. Each cup max capacity is 200ml and able to load up to 240g net weight material. The vacuum mixer is broadly applied to Led phosphor, nano material, adhesive material, epoxy resin, silver paste, solder paste, glue, or multi material compounding, especially targeting those material with high viscosity.
