Flemish nationalist ignorance
At Pukkelpop, a Belgian festival:
Group of girls peacefully protest against climate change at the festival (they were invited by the organisation itself)
Group of boys attack them physically (throwing bottles of urine, destroying their tents), follow them around and make death threats while waving Flemish nationalist flags
Turns out that the boys are linked to a racist and discriminating group called Schild en Vrienden (usually white, rich boys who feel superior to anyone else)
Festival calls the flags a sign of collaboration and bans all political signs
National politicians of certain parties get mad because 'freedom of speech' is suppressed. They want the festival to apologize to the party and to the boys. Not to the girls.
Vlaams Belang and NVA are racist, discriminating, sexist and ignorant. It's not an opinion, it's a fact.
Enough is enough. Stop the hate. Spread love.
