Enjoy a gluten-free twist on the classic Pizza Puttanesca. This flavorful pizza features a gluten-free crust topped with a zesty tomato sauce, briny black olives, capers, and a hint of spice from red pepper flakes. It's a delicious and easy-to-make option for those with gluten sensitivities.
Ingredients: 1 gluten-free pizza crust. 1/2 cup tomato sauce. 1/4 cup sliced black olives. 1/4 cup capers. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes adjust to taste. Salt and black pepper to taste. 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Instructions: Start by heating the oven up to 450F 232C. On a pizza stone or baking sheet, put the gluten-free pizza crust. Smooth the tomato sauce out over the crust, leaving a little space around the edges for the crust. Put small pieces of garlic on top of the sauce. Spread the black olives and capers out evenly on top of the sauce. Sprinkle salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes on top, depending on your taste. Put olive oil on top of the pizza. After the oven is hot, bake the pizza for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the toppings are bubbly and a little brown. While the pizza is still hot, take it out of the oven and top it with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley. There is no gluten in this pizza. Cut it into wedges and serve it hot.
