ugh im so mad because stockholm syndrome holds a special place in my heart (next to harry), it's such a VIBRANT yet mysterious song, and louis and zayn didn't even reach BELOW avarage. i mean, they all probably didnt rehearse, but at least harry and liam sounded good (niall was... passable tbh, i dont like his nasal voice live, but his lively, happy character compensates), while zayn and louis didn't even know their lines. and you know what makes me even mad? they won't even acknowledge their mistake, won't even apologize for that horrible performance because it seems like they think they're on such a high pedestal that not one negative comment about them will affect their careers. don't they know they're a boyband? as big and talented as they are, this kind of success is frivolous if they don't start taking themselves seriously. i mean, if THEY don't consider themselves proper artists (and now i'm talking about band + crew + management + RP), why should the rest of the world?

and like, fuck, i know it's ONE song from ONE performance, but we know it's not just that. it's the fact they ignore criticism, their PR seems to like their awful image from the looks of previous tabloids (coughthesuncough) and news such as harry, the womanizer; louis, eleanor calder's drug addict boyfriend (remember louis's biological dad saying his son was addicted to drugs or something after weedgate???). also, they didn't even HANDLE the weed video scandal, i mean, they even went on saying harry was pissed at zayn and louis??? why would you want to make your own artists seem like they're fighting??? and how the whole larry stylinson situation was (not) handled too...
