I appreciate how both playable faes in genshin as of right now share a similar goal in wanting to understand how humans operate, even if their motivations differ.

It's kind of poetic, in a way, especially since the whole myth of faes started cause of people in the past not understanding how neurodivergency worked

It's a cute game, reminded me of a lot of things, specifically, no spoilers, but there's this character named Bea, and I knew a Bea, she kind of acted like her, and honestly without realizing it I ended up spending the most time with her and I'm pretty sure I got her specific ending. Life works in funny ways like that.

Also I'm gonna tag one of my friends @reapkusho , I think this game reminds me a lot of our relationship, in some way, and I think that's pretty sweet. Hope you're doing well btw, if you're reading this.

Alright, lets get to it

Personally as someone who had watched this in theaters, it was pretty enjoyable, and although I dont engage with tadc content (I actually avoid it at times) Im surprised by how.. underwhelming? The reaction was when it got posted, fandom aside, I like the episode

As someone whos watched tadc since it first released episode one it feels so surreal seeing a show ive been with start and end in a satisfying way, its been awhile, to say the least

Ok, enough stalling, I need to talk about the elephant in the room. Jax. In truth, I actually dont care much about him, Im a Ragatha truther, what can I say. But I didnt mind the focus he had in the episode, I just wish he wasnt used in the advertisements so much, but thats a nitpick. I like his backstory, I think it matched pretty well with what I thought, but I wasnt expecting the whole killing his mom thing. Not that its a bad thing, I think it adds more to his character.

Im not a huge fan of how they portrayed Ribbit, I thought she would act a bit more wild, but instead she was more lax than anything. Shes still nice though, but there is some point to make about how her circus design doesnt really fit her personality, atleast to me, personally.

And Caine's character shift did happen way too fast, but I supposed they needed a good ending, I just wish we got more time to dwell on it rather than just show his backstory, which really didnt add much what we already knew about him and the circus.

Ok, enough negatives, let me get to some of my favorite aspects. For one, I LOVE how they didnt shy away from hiring actual human actors for the scenes where they are human, it adds so much for how little screentime the actuals humans had. Another thing is I appreciate the comedy writing in this episode specifically, unlike other episodes that usually only get a chuckle, I ended up laughing so hard to the whole Zooble fantasy, that was good, Glitch.

I dont want this review to be that long, and truthfully i dont have much thoughts other than what I have already said, so heres a lightning round of everything I wanted to talk about: I wish the other members of the circus had more screentime, especially Gangle, Zooble, and Kinger. I loved the part where Ragatha and Pomni hug, that was adorable. All the little details put into the facebook accounts for the human reveal was awesome theres so much heart put into this and it shows. Jax's tent thing looks incredibly out of place in the final shot and I cant help but wonder if its intentional or not, but oh well. I wish we got more closure on all the abstractions, rather than just, displaying them in large aquariums and stuff, I dont know, it feels unfinished to leave them there. The whole Abel thing seemed incredibly random in the grand scheme of things, like, its an orb, Id have expected SOMETHING more, but oh well, beggars cant be choosers.

Anyways all these little annoyances at the end are mainly nitpicks, I loved this finale, and although it wasnt incredibly perfect, it was still good, and was a satisfying end to a series I enjoyed.
