I think if Y/n found out she would be slightly overwhelmed and ask for a break from Geto. Poor baby she doesn't know what to feel. He never did anything to her but she needs to wrap her head around everything. Suguru definitely wouldn't be on a break tho. Sending his baby her fav snacks n new plushies in care packs so his baby knows he still takes care of her. He's not going anywhere. He fully feels he belongs to her so she can't just discard of her property.
If the break got too long (aka more than a week) he would be at her door. His heart cant take it. He's there confessing with a "pretty girl you know I would never hurt you? I love you more than life. I just want to love you, baby" while gently caressing her cheek n his tatted arm around her waist
