in issue 23 (i think) of the 2012 tmnt comics, mikey looses his action figure: spaceman soldiersaurus. spaceman soldiersaurus is then shown to be friends with another one of mikey's action figures, and also a fairy version of casey jones named pixie jones. since both of the other main characters in the comic are mikey's action figures, this has led me to believe that mikey actually has a pixie jones action figure or toy (i'd imagine he made it himself considering casey doesn't have an action figure)
so yeah, chances are, mikey has a pixie jones action figure/toy that he probably made himself
