Final video - Place In Question
Finally completed modelling, animating and rendering my place in question, creating the fence itself, along with the generator inside it, brick wall and grass floor. Overall I think it turned out really well, and really helps me understand the shape of my place in order to study it in the future for this project.
Animating
Finally animated the video, using a camera and key frames in order to make the user look around the object fully.
Final Rendering
Finally added a dark grey roof like block above the bricks like in my place. I then rendered it out to see the final image of my place. Iβll now proceed to animate it.
Did some more modeling, creating the generator inside the wooden fence using blocks that I textured with a concrete like material, before using the βbooleβ tool to make an indent of a circle inside it.
I then added another block and created a wall, giving it the texture of bricks and changing the colour and bump level in order to make it as much like my place.

Modeled the fence, starting with the first face, moving onto the door and then adding a grass textured floor and rendering it out.
Place in Question - Model and Animation
For the model and animation of my place, I decided to use Cinema 4D rather than Google Sketch Up as I had more experience in the program, while it would also allow me slightly smoother animations and make more βtexturedβ textures.
The first two images show some textures I decided to start working with for the wooden panels - I decided to find a few images from the internet and experiment with them - the third image shows 4 different textures from wood I created in Cinema 4D. I decided to choose the 3rd from the left as it seemed to fit the colour of my place the most.
