Try something different in 2015
Happy (almost) new year! Now that the wrapping paperās all swept away, we're starting to get excited about the year ahead.
Here at Pinterest UK, weāve decided to try something a little different this New Year. Instead of making the same old list of resolutions, weāre pinning things we want to try instead ā from hugging a sloth to reading 12 books in 2015.Ā
Weād love for you to join us! All you have to do is:
Step 1: Pin the year you want!
Make your own āTo Try in 2015ā boardĀ and fill it with ideas youāve always wanted to tryāfrom little things (grow your own salad bar) to big life-changers (Antarctica, anyone?). And since the ideas you Pin are all visual, itās easy to picture yourself doing them.
If you need some inspiration, take a look at UK PinnersĀ Davina McCall,Ā Alastair Humphreys, Juan MataĀ and Hemsley & HemsleyĀ for their 2015 ideas.Ā
Step 2: Share your board with friends
Studies show that when you tell friends about your plans, youāre more likely to do them. So try sharing your board on Facebook or Twitter, along with the hashtag #PinYourYear. You can even tag friends who might be able to help, or even challenge them to try something a little different this year, too.
Step 3: Try the things youāve Pinned throughout the year
When youāre ready to give a Pin a try, the info you need is always right at handājust click to see the site the Pin came from. And even if things donāt go exactly as planned the first time you try it, donāt worry about it. Because this year, the funās in the trying.
Ready?Ā Try something different this year!
