'Jaws' pinball machine playfield.
I played pinball at an arcade yesterday
I mostly ended up playing the pokemon pinball machine. At first I was a little frustrated with the timing mechanics but once i got used to it it was a lot easier. The machine is pretty low scoring but I ended up with 106 million somehow and made it onto the Stern leaderboard for that machine.
I also noticed they had a Black Knight: Sword of Rage machine. As someone who actually owns one of these machines, I thought it would be neat to play. Sadly, it was poorly calibrated (idk the right term honestly so I'm going with calibrated). I'm used to it being punishing and even my machine is slightly off (if you hit the center bash on ours it's basically a guaranteed SDTM). However on this machine pretty much any shot was a guaranteed SDTM, and it was so weirdly elevated too. Overall it was pretty annoying, and I only got about ten million (I'm used to getting at least 30 million and even on bad games I can expect to hit 20 mil).
Anyway that was cool
