So I stepped on a scale for the first time in a while
And it was kind of like a wake up call. It's nothing major but i've always been pretty dead set at the same weight. I think it's been the same since my senior year of high school. So when the scale said I weighed 5 more lbs than I thought it kind of scared the shit out of me. Therefore, my diet/daily workouts are starting now. I'm NOT trying to come home and listen to all my Tito's and Tita's tell me about how much weight i've gained.
