So, I told my cousin I exercise every wed to sat, then she, her lil bro and my sister invited me to eat samyup (I dont know if that is the correct spelling, sorry) I accepted the invitation, I feel sometimes bad for eating too much carbs or fats, and gain weight again but thinking I should not deprive my self of foods I like even if it is not healthy. You can eat anything you want but in moderation. I told my cousin, it's ok if I exercise and did not yet lose weight, what's important is I sweat while exercising. I really need to watch my diet, I am still addicted to sweets.
