[Did somebody sayĀ ābad boy?ā More like 90s brat, amirite? Heheheā¦Ā
Back in those days it wasnāt uncommon to find him (and the group of shits he ran with) making a mess of things just because they were bored. Part of the time, Rick actually needed to steal to make sure heād eat. But the rest of the time, his older brother worked pretty hard to keep him fed...Ā
Rick was shaping up to be quite the delinquent. He would be mortified if people saw this. Thatās not a time he remembers fondly.]]

ā„ Ā :Name one thing about the way their emotions work that they despise.
Chris despises how emotional he can get at times when he feels a particularly strong emotion, and also how erratic his mood can change. He also hates how he tends to care too deeply for people, and loathes how easily hurt heāll get in the end.
Adelynās not a fan of how angry she can get when truly pushed. She doesnāt enjoy feeling any negative emotion, but certain subjects will quickly bring her to that place where she feels miserable and enraged. However, she doesnāt like how blissfully unaware she can get at times where sheās JUST happy, and then finds that that happiness was all because of a lie or something.
Although arguably not an emotion, Grey hates how intimidated he gets by females, or feminine/feminine looking people. It takes him getting used to one of those people getting close to him for him to actually feel comfortable and be how he is with anyone else (IE: compare how he is around Chris to how he is around Adelyn; heās all jokes with Chris, but just stares uncomfortably at Adelyn). Likewise, he hates how he still feels completely attracted to girls despite his near crippling fear of them.
εжз :What about nature do they find calming? What about nature do they find disagreeable?
Chris loves the sound of wind in leaves of trees, as well as trees in general. He finds forests to be particularly calming, the seclusion is nice, sometimes. What he doesnāt like is storms, because he knows how a certain friend of his is terrified of them. Also; Placida is terrified of them as well, and seeing that weavile scared is far from his favorite thing.
Adelynās favorite thing, however, is storms. She loves sitting in the rain and feeling the water crash against her, she also loves the smell of rain hitting dirt. Rain, storms, she loves them, a lot. Sheās also fond of heights and caves, but she thinks that came primarily from living in Blackthorne as a child. Despite her fondness of storms, however, sheās not a big fan of large bodies of water. Ironically, she last lived in Slateport (which could be considered a peninsula).
Grey loves nature all in all. Really the only thing he doesnāt like is when the weather gets too hot or too cold. Heāll complain for a bit, but get over it after awhile.
ā :What is their typical response to being given orders?
Chris will usually end up doing as told, as long as the order isnāt given rudely and is something heād actually do. Though heāll jokingly say no to those heās close to (IE: His father tells him to wait tables, heāll say no, then go and do so.)
Adelyn is much like Chris and will usually try and do as told, but she has a much lower tolerance for being instructed than Chris does. If sheās given no sort of break or choice on how to do things, sheāll be far from happy to oblige.
And then thereās Grey. Grey is never the type to be fond of being ordered around, and often will need to be able to trust someone and trust their better judgement to so much as THINK about listening to them. Otherwise, heāll give a very unhappy look and politely (or not so politely) refuse usually.
ā„ :Describe a verbal way they would express complete trust.
If Chris comes at you with complete and utter honesty; be it how heās feeling at the moment, or with him coming out to them.
With Adelyn, the only way for it to be clear that she trusts you is if she tells you. Despite her naive nature, it can be hard to gain her trust, it all depends on how she reads you at first, and how her Pokemon feel about you. If Licorice accepts you and gets good vibes from you, then Adelyn will trust you without question unless you do something to break that trust.
If Grey calls you an asshole, fucker, etc.; chances are he trusts you. Or if he lets you see him gushing over Malice or any of his other Pokemon. This is seen most clearly with Chris.
I changed the look of Piercen to make him more masculine, trying to work out a new look for his profile. May update that later. Hope you like this Jaydin!
He could have stopped what happened in that frozen chasm. He should have been more careful.Ā
The sensation of foliage freezing and crumbling under its own weight, under the weight of his most gentle touch. She didnāt notice. She was so cold. Too cold.Ā He couldnāt warm her back up; too brittle to hug.Ā
She looked so apologetic, so tired, so sad - sheād just wanted him to be safe, to be happy. She fell asleep, broken and cold.Ā
There wasnāt a damned thing he could do about it but cradle her head and weep.
Sheās gone. Theyāre all gone. Is anything on earth worth this?Ā
So many dead, dying, too far gone, and that monster dragon⦠still suffering. Why? How could anyone be so cruel? So full of deceit?
Those two others⦠One already fled. The other pressed on. What if she dies tooā¦.
Maybe he didnāt care anymore. Maybe he deserved this. Maybe he was too selfish before, and this is what he got for it.Ā
This was his comeuppance. It had to be. Why else could something like this happen?Ā
He didnāt deserve such good family.Ā
He was selfish and he needed punished.
In the stories, selfish hearts were the thing that transformed people into beasts. Maybe he was always a beast, he just didnāt want to see.Ā
The ice, like glass, mirrored his twisted form. Teeth like daggers, eyes like live coals, claws to stab and slash and crushā¦. Wild fur, wild face, heart beating faster with each razor-sliced breath.Ā
He couldnāt stay here. Not like this.He howled. The uproar shook the ship.
Night was calling.
Time to hunt.
[[Welp, that got long⦠Think of it as a teaser for things to come I guess?]]
⤠:Describe a physical action that shows complete trust.Rick: *watching suspiciously*Ā āWhy?ā
Lavishing someone with affection, wanting to be near them all the time. Complete trust makes you somewhat of a living āsecurity blanketā and heāll become anxious when he has no means of contact.
⤠:Is there anything about their health they are continuously on edge about? Something they disregard?
Rick: āNo.ā
[[Heāll disregard most physical pains unless they reach a certain threshold, due to years without access to reliable care. Heāll try and patch himself up, or play it off as just being sore/bruised.Ā
His mental state, though⦠Thatās something he worries about all the time. Mostly on how well heās handling his anger and other emotions. Heās always afraid of being too irrational and getting himself or others into a rough spot because of it.]]
ā :Name at least two people who can trust them with their life.
Rick:Ā āā¦. My team. Ai. Ms. Renner. And anybody who canāt look out for themselves in a fight and has no one else to do it for them.ā
[[Ooh, these are so fun!
Rickās the sort to be very protective of the younger competitors and spectators, as well as the ones who arenāt sure of themselvesā¦
Actually, itās funny. Rick will gladly protect most of the people present for this tournament, if he thinks theyāre in that much trouble. There are really only a few characters that he wouldnāt risk his neck for.
It started out as just for fun, but now Iām studying to get a bachelors in fine arts, so thatāll lead to some professional work. yes yes. o w o)b
13. Do you prefer to keep your art personal, or do you like drawing things for other people?
Both. Though I do get great joy and satisfaction by drawing things for others, even for free to random strangers who have a request.Ā
24. Do you feel jealous when you see other peopleās art, or inspired? (Be honest!)
Yes for both lmao. Itās hard not to be jealous of someoneās art when you consider it superior or appealing to your own. Itās just natural, but in my case itās always been pretty fleeting. I feel like the jealousy should lead to the yearning for trying harder or to not give up. Right now Iām in a pretty content place with my art, butā¦that was after a loooong time of struggling and being pretty uncomfortable with it.
30. What inspires you to not just make art, but to be a better artist?
Friends, compliments/critiques, viewing art too. u v u)/ all sorts of things, really.Ā

Seville was known for its structure above rivers, a lake, and a waterfall. Fishing was a pretty well practised hobby amongst the residents, and it had been no different for the royal heads of Seville, either. At moment, however, it was only Dragomir that held the rod as his sister seemed to sit farther away, a book in her possession. Her eyes were glued to the pages as Dragomirās own were glued on the bauble that floated on the waterās surface.
The bauble had been dragged underwater with the indication of a bite. A smile widened on Dragomirās face as he pulled back. Standing up as he pulled on the line, the prince seemed to been struggling a bit with pulling in the fish on the line.
Dragomirās grunts, and the splashes of water had torn Ryiaās attention for a moment as she seemed to lean up to see what exactly had been going on. There seemed to have been a light chuckle from her end as she rose a finger to the scene. With a flick of her wrist as soon as Dragomir tugged, a Feebas had been yanked from the water.
At the force of which the Feebas seemed to fly through the air, Ryia had looked worried after she realised she might have used her own psychic prowess a bit too much in this regard. She often used it to mess with Dragomir when he was having trouble at certain things. In this case, however⦠the Feebas had ended up hitting a young looking woman and was a cause for concern.
āAh, great ā Arceus, I am really very sorry about what just happenedā¦ā Dragomir started to say rather hurriedly, dropping his fishing pole and running over to the young woman that had been struck by the flailing Feebas.
āThat really hurt, yāknowā¦ā the young woman replied, her brow furrowed. She rose a hand to wipe now dampened blue locks of hair from her face.
āI⦠er⦠I am really sorry. I had not realised that someone would be behind me. āTis not that long after dawn ā I honestly had not thought that someone would be out this earlyā¦ā Dragomir continued to apologise, glancing back to Ryia for a moment as he knelt down and took up the still flailing Feebas.
Ryia had closed her book and made her way toward the two. With a slightly apologetic look on her face, she said to the blue-haired woman.
āMy brother honestly has nothing to actually be apologetic for, missā¦ā Ryia said, not attempting to sound offensive.Ā āErm⦠what I mean to say isā¦Ā ātis not his fault that you were⦠struck.Ā āTis mine. I assisted him in ensuring his catch with my⦠powerā¦.ā
As Ryia explained, Dragomir shot her a look that looked to have been both annoyed and unimpressed. He had taken the Feebas and thrown it back into the water after a moment. Returning to the young woman that had been assaulted by the Feebas either way, the prince said,Ā āeither way⦠I am extremely sorry that this occurred. If there is a way⦠to make it up to you? I suppose we can see to it that you have a wish fulfilled within our power.ā
āReally, Dragomir⦠that seems a little muchā¦ā Ryia sighed, frowning.
āIn any case, uhā¦ā Dragomir started to say, looking to the young woman for a name.
āVanesaā¦ā the woman replied, her arms folded across her chest, and a somewhat disgruntled look on her face.
āVanesaā¦ā Dragomir parroted the name to remember it. He then continued,Ā āif there is something we can do⦠please give us the word, and we shall see to it. So long as it is within our power.ā
