I'm stealing this pic to take on my next salon trip; they seem to be confused by 'round the edges'. They're either perfectly square or oddly pointed. Last time I had to file them myself to get the shape they told me wasn't possible.
Do it! It's a tough shape to explain apparently... I always file one of my nails into the shape before I go in then show them that one and say I want the rest like it
