By my own admission i will say that I probably worried the lil fella too many times with my lil photo experiments. But then he also had his own ingenious ways of getting at me big time, so in a way it all kinda worked out fine for all. Anyways I particularly enjoy this photo because it literally encompasses what in my mind a photo should be. "freezing a single moment forever" I love photography because sometimes it allows me to hold a moment hostage. As babies we are all born with a certain comfort in and around water. As we grow older that comfort either turns to love or fear. These emotions affect us for the rest of our lives. As a child I grew up loving water. I loved every activity that it involved. From washing dishes to washing. Bath time and just simple play time. If I could help it water was involved. Growing up I have been involved in a few "funny" situations with water most notably being an almost drowning incident. But throughout everything my love for H2o has never wavered. These days we more often than not find that kids are started swimming lessons at an early age which helps develop their love for 💦. In the end when all is said and done water is life, water is great. But if you ever experienced it nothing beats the feeling of playing an afternoon away in a washing basin filled with water.
