On Singularity versus stasis
I prefer singularity, it's funny to watch all the goons and small furniture all tangle together in a ball of confusion. A fully upgraded singularity can rip through shields armor and health plus hold its victims for a solid length of time.
It's generally a good idea to strip the shields first but you don't have to.
My opinion on stasis is formed from two facts first you have to remember where the the hell the goon that you stasis was or they can come up behind you. Second in ME1 anything in stasis was invincible you had to wait for it to wear off in order to attack it.
Both of these things did not suit my playstyle.
In case you're wondering how I know how Singularity can strip off the various additional protections besides health it's because I like to rely on my powers when playing an adept I sort of think that's the reason to play that class and therefore that your gun should only be an occasional weapon.
Brought to you by the fact that I saw a lot of walkthroughs where even the adapt class was primarily a gun user. And I was disappointed
